About the Campaign
After a month long preparation and wait the day actually came when we visited the Saikripa, the home for homeless in Noida Sector 12. We were so much excited and nervous at the same time of visiting and meeting with them.At 11:00 am in the morning we reached there, children’s were playing everywhere, the place was looking full of life and positive energy. After viewing all the places we met the great lady Anjina Rajgopal who started this home, cared and nurtured it with her love, affection, sacrifice and hard work. She has been working since 30 years now.
We had such an amazing experience talking to the lady and she was so simple and humble and shared many of her experiences and work with us which highly motivated us and gave us a strength and inspired us to do more and more for humanity.
We had such an amazing experience with the children’s who were so much motivated, passionate, highly positive and we were astonished by the way they are being brought-up. They were united and care for each other, some of the children’s are grownup now and are doing such an amazing work in different fields. All this is possible because of the great work done by the great lady Anjina Rajgopal, her will to help,her dedication and care for every child.
We organised a free dental checkup and donated our little contribution to the children’s at Saikripa. The dental checkup was done by Dr. Pooja & Dr. Tajinder who inspected ever child there and gave remedies and suggestions to them. We also distributed tooth kit among the children’s.
We played with them, spent time with the children’s who were so motivated and energetic that we got boosted by their energy. Time passed so quickly while playing, singing, dancing and interacting with everybody there.
We went there to help them and to give but, opposite happened actually. We got so much love, motivation, inspiration and a positive aspect of everything in life.
We are glad that we are connected now and will always be there whenever they need us. We will try to visit there more sooner and rejoice the reunion and the eternal feelings and moments with them.
